1. Show HN: A community-driven bookmarking website for early-stage SaaS Founders
URL: https://saas-experts.faciletechnolab.com/
Author: prashantl
Description: I'm Prashant and just released 0.4 version of SaaS Experts.
SaaS Experts categorize and list the most useful resources for early-stage SaaS Founders to make them succeed.
I felt the need for such a website as I worked on my previous SaaS product.
I'm building in public and using Softr and Airtable to release this.
I'm also building in public and so far I'm able to complete below:
- Created pages to list resources by category. Communities, YouTube Channels, Podcast, Newsletters, Books, Marketing Agencies, UI/UX Agencies, Dev Agencies, Starter kits, and blogs are listed so far with 10-12 entries in each page
- Added about, story, launches, and roadmap pages
- Added a page to contribute and received 5 contributions from the community so far
In the next release, I will be working on:
- Events - listing upcoming events useful to the saas founders.
- Launchpad - A free consulting and guidance on the MVP/project that saas founders want to start.
I would love to get some feedback and ideas from the community. Try it out and let me know what you think.

7. Show HN: Connect any Open Data to Claude (and soon, any other LLMs)
URL: https://github.com/OpenDataMCP/OpenDataMCP
Author: Theofish
Description: Problem: LLMs need context data to give accurate answers and thousands of great publicly available datasets remain vastly unexploited. Anthropic’s MCP servers are awesome, but we need many more servers and an easy way to discover them.
What if it took only one command to connect any LLM to any open dataset?
Open Data MCP, a 2-in-1 solution:
1. Access Open Data:
- 10 seconds setup to query any integrated Open Data MCP server from Claude (and more to come)
- Simple CLI tool
2. Access Open Data:
- Create your own Open Data MCP server(s)
- Get templates, guides, and community
- Get instant distribution — your data becomes discoverable by all users via our CLI
What’s next?
A) Build many Open Data MCP servers to make all the Open Data truly accessible
B) Make Open Data available to all LLM applications (beyond Claude)
The bottleneck is A)!
Call to all Hackers! We need the community’s help to build MCP servers for the millions of public datasets out there, e.g., from governments, public entities, companies, and NGOs!
What Open Data would you expose? How about building your own Open Data MCP server?
Go go go!
PS: This is fully open source, MIT License (we don’t hide any training code or datasets :P).

8. Show HN: Glyph3D – A 3D text visualizer for macOS and iOS / iPadOS
URL: https://github.com/tikimcfee/LookAtThat
Author: tikimcfee
Description: Hello internet folks!
I'm happy to share the first TestFlight release of Glyph3D, a 3D text visualizer for macOS and iOS. It's free, supports pretty much any utf8 data, and is a pretty interesting way to navigate your repositories or data directories without the limitations of standard text windows!
Download and bookmark for macOS and iOS: https://github.com/tikimcfee/LookAtThat/
- You should be able to download public repos from GitHub and render them.
- Play with opening and closing windows. I've disabled many of the in-flight features to keep user confusion down, and will be creating additional documentation about those features as they are implemented.
- Editing works but there's nowhere to put the data for now ;) The user can pull from the app's caches if they want for now, but there's no actual repo support - by design. Bringing in the git SDK, or accessing the CLI, is a bit more work and danger than I want to include in the app right now.
Any feedback is welcome, and if you'd like to support me or the project in any way, please reach out to me, and I'll be looking forward to that conversation.

21. Show HN: Vicinity – Fast, Lightweight Nearest Neighbors with Flexible Back Ends
URL: https://github.com/MinishLab/vicinity
Author: Pringled
Description: We’ve just open-sourced Vicinity, a lightweight approximate nearest neighbors (ANN) search package that allows for fast experimentation and comparison of a larger number of well known algorithms.
Main features:
- Lightweight: the base package only uses Numpy
- Unified interface: use any of the supported algorithms and backends with a single interface: HNSW, Annoy, FAISS, and many more algorithms and libraries are supported
- Easy evaluation: evaluate the performance of your backend with a simple function to measure queries per second vs recall
- Serialization: save and load your index for persistence
After working with a large number of ANN libraries over the years, we found it increasingly cumbersome to learn the interface, features, quirks, and limitations of every library. After writing custom evaluation code to measure the speed and performance for the 100th time to compare libraries, we decided to build this as a way to easily use a large number of algorithms and libraries with a unified, simple interface that allows for quick comparison and evaluation.
We are curious to hear your feedback! Are there any algorithms that are missing that you use? Any extra evaluation metrics that are useful?

23. Show HN: Open-source end to end software testing agent
URL: https://github.com/test-zeus-ai/testzeus-hercules
Author: Smilinrobin
Description: As engineers, testers and product owners, we've all felt the frustration of flaky tests, endless maintenance, and tools that don’t quite fit our needs. That’s exactly why we built Hercules, the world’s first opensource software testing agent:
Why we made it?
1⃣ To simplify end to end testing cycles : API, Web, Database, and Security testing—all in one place
2⃣ To save time and effort: No code. No maintenance. No cost.
Testing shouldn’t be a burden. It should just work. Hercules is our way of giving back to the community that’s taught us so much.
We’d love for you to try it out and tell us what you think!
P.S. - We've made it work on herculean platforms like Salesforce too.

24. Show HN: I built a product from competitor and it works
URL: https://traffic.rankforge.io/
Author: devoresyah
Description: Hey HN! I just built & launched new product based on the competitor and it works. When I scroll over the facebook timeline, I saw an ads from that one competitor and when I take a look. They're selling a tools to boost web traffic with monthly subscription.
From there, I try and learning the features. In my mind "I can build this one". And that's how I start developing my latest product with only 1 month as Solopreneur.
Getting product idea is not always from scratch, you can built same product with the one that is already in market. Try to figuring out what they offer and find the weakness. From there, built the same product with same features but you can play with the business model and add more values and features.
Focus to build your product's MVP and launch it. Once you launch it, you can collect many feedback as you can from your customer. So, next things you want to develop will based on what your customer needs.
I made around €1,180 on soft-launching period (in a month). From there, I can use the funds for marketing, research, etc.

31. Show HN: Face Photos and AI
Author: drik
Description: Hi HN!
I’ve been a long time lurker and rarely post, but I’ve finally finished something silly that I’d love to share with you.
It’s called Xmasinator, a tool that uses AI and user-uploaded face photos to create Christmas themed images.
It generates a festive image using BFL’s flux-pro-1.1-ultra Then it swaps in the uploaded faces using Picsi
Probably not many people will check it out, but if you do, thank you, I love you and I made you a discount code for 100% off (please don’t share it haha): HNXMASI100 (it only works for the first 3 users!)
I’d love to hear your thoughts or suggestions/questions!

34. Show HN: I made ProfitPage to prove Shopify revenue securely with ease
Author: alonrozi
Description: I’m Alon, and I just launched ProfitPage, a tool I built to solve a problem I faced myself. I wanted to share my shopify revenue data from multiple stores without revealing sensitive details like store names or domains. Screenshots felt clunky and easy to fake, so I created a better way.
ProfitPage lets you connect multiple stores, securely aggregate revenue data, and share it with anyone using a live link. The link updates in real time and keeps the store names private. It’s perfect for sharing results with partners, parents, or clients without the back-and-forth or skepticism.
Under the hood, I’m using TypeScript and Gadget to handle the app’s logic and MongoDB with Mongoose for storing data. The app is hosted on Vercel for speed and scalability, and payments are powered by LemonSqueezy. The front end is built to be super clean and intuitive because I know how frustrating clunky dashboards can be.
The best part? It’s all about privacy and trust. People don’t have to take your word for it (or trust a static screenshot)—the live link does the talking.
I’d love to hear your thoughts, feedback, or even ideas for improvement. If you’ve ever struggled to prove your shopify revenue or showcase results, this might save you some headaches!
Check it out here: https://profitpage.net.
Cheers, Alon
