1. Show HN: I built a real professional network because was sick of following/DMing
Author: garlicpowder
Description: Hey everyone,
I have been doing Indie Hacking for almost 2 years. I was sick of following people on social media or DMing and calling it networking.
So, I built a network/platform where professionals meet with fellows via scheduled video calls. We as a community believe that this is a better way as an initial contact than follows and direct messages. Our platform is open for free, early access, currently.
Feel free to check us out at https://makermeet.me and if our mindsets match, you may join us at https://app.makermeet.me/
Whom is it best for?
It's perfect for entrepreneurs, indie hackers, developers, designers, social media marketers and more. Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your network, you are welcome.
What would be the gain?
Strong network is our need as a member of the community. We need an audience for our products, clients for our services and professionals to hire them or make them hire us. First time meeting people in need would work much less than asking people already in our network that we build via more than just following each other or direct messages. And this is the network where you meet people face to face without immediate requests/needs.

2. Show HN: We gave top sales reps an AI army. Pipeline grew 2x in 90 days
URL: https://twitter.com/rox__ai/status/1858873189486784666
Author: avanikan
Description: Look, I'll skip the usual founder BS.
Here's what actually happened: We gave 35 enterprise sales teams (including Ramp's AEs) an army of AI agents. Not the cute chatbot kind – the kind that does the heavy lifting of pipeline execution while your top performers focus on closing. The results:
- 30% book growth in beta
- 225+ hours/week saved per Enterprise AE team
- Pipeline execution activities doubled
Why this matters: Enterprise leaders are doubling revenue targets for 2025. But they're not doubling headcount (shocker). Here's the thing most people miss – 90% of revenue comes from your top 15% sales reps.
So we stopped trying to "fix" low performers and instead built something to turn your closers into supersoldiers.
How it works:
- Swarm of AI agents that act as your personal army of analysts
- They plan, research, engage, and track your accounts
- No more "single chatbot tries to do everything" nonsense
- Integrates with your internal data (yes, including that legacy system you hate)
Here's the controversial part: Most AI companies are trying to replace grunt work. That's cute. We're amplifying your best people instead. Because let's be honest – your top performer doesn't need help writing emails. They need help being in 10 places at once.
We launched publicly. No gatekeeper. No "get on a call with our SDR who just graduated last month."
Just go to rox.com and try it.

3. Show HN: Embed live-ish follower counts
URL: https://gather.buzz
Author: rrr_oh_man
Description: Cheers HN!
I built gather.buzz to let myself (and maybe you?) embed live TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube follower counts into websites and apps. It’s simple, lightweight, and works even with profiles that aren't yours.
### Backstory
At several points in the last years I have needed access to live social media data, but I got tired of bloated, expensive, overengineered tools and API restrictions.
gather.buzz is my attempt to solve this with minimal setup and no unnecessary complexity.
### What it does
- Live updates: Display follower counts directly on your site as plain text, updated automagically every 24 hrs.
- Simple integration: Just copy-paste two small HTML snippet. If you've ever successfully added Google Analytics to a site, you are probably already overqualified for this.
- Platform support: TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (more coming soon).
- Lightweight: Non-blocking, fast, and with minimal impact on Google Pagespeed.
### How it works
0. Go the the site and excuse the ugly design.
1. Pick a profile (= any public account).
2. Copy the embed code.
3. Paste it into your website or app. That’s it.
### Use cases
- Add live follower stats to blogs, ecommerce pages, or portfolios showcasing social proof.
- Create dashboards or dynamic UIs with live metrics. (I have an experimental integration with Looker right now...)
- Support for WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and custom-built sites.
### Pricing
$1.99/month per profile.
Includes daily updates and AI-free support by actual humans (me).
### Roadmap
I’m working on:
- Faster updates. Smarter caching.
- Google Sheets and Zapier integrations.
- API access for developers.
Try it here: https://gather.buzz
Feedback is appreciated, especially if something breaks. If you prefer to keep it private you can find contact details in my profile. Thanks for checking it out!

6. Show HN: NoDrums – Remove Drum Tracks Using Deezer's Spleeter
URL: https://github.com/abutbul/NoDrums
Author: abutbul
Description: I've been working on a tool called NoDrums that utilizes Deezer's Spleeter model to isolate and remove drum tracks from audio files. It's designed for musicians, producers, or anyone needing drum-free tracks for practice, sampling, or remixing.
NoDrums is built on top of the pre-trained Spleeter model, providing a straightforward way to generate drumless versions of songs. Whether you're jamming along as a guitarist or looking to extract clean tracks for production, this could be useful.
The project is open-source and open for contributions.
I used GPT-4 via Canvas in my drafting workflow and Patchwork's DocString Patchflow for code documentation. Thanks to Deezer for their work on Spleeter, which makes this possible. Feedback and contributions are welcome!

Description: Hey guys, I have been on the job hunt for three months and I found myself manually entering all job details in Excel which was tedious and it was annoying to set up analytics to figure out what works for me and what didn't.
I ended up creating a tool to do just that: Get rid of repetitive data entry and give me analytics that visualizes my job hunt.
Feel free to try it out. I will probably keep updating it regularly. I am also always looking for feedback to improve so please comment any constructive feedback that you've got. Thanks!

10. Show HN: PDF2MD – Rust+Redis+ClickHouse+VLLM conversion pipeline for PDFs
URL: https://github.com/devflowinc/trieve/tree/main/pdf2md
Author: skeptrune
Description: If you just want to use it, try here - https://pdf2md.trieve.ai . I think the LLM's are astoundingly good at converting complex powerpoint style infographics.
I wouldn't normally think folks on HN would find this interesting as the general concept has been posted about already in the past few months. We were heavily inspired by Zerox[1].
However, the stack we went with was fun and over-engineered which is more likely to create interesting discussion. We use all the same tools at Trieve (our main product), but wanted to see if they would be a good fit for something that needed to get built in a tighter timeline and we think they were!
Took us 2 weeks to get this setup end-to-end and it's by no means complete (see roadmap in linked README). However, it's cool that a relatively cookie cutter web service like this can be created with pure open-source dependencies and non-standard Rust tooling so quickly. Rust won't kill your startup!

11. Show HN: Llama 3.2 Interpretability with Sparse Autoencoders
URL: https://github.com/PaulPauls/llama3_interpretability_sae
Author: PaulPauls
Description: I spent a lot of time and money on this rather big side project of mine that attempts to replicate the mechanistic interpretability research on proprietary LLMs that was quite popular this year and produced great research papers by Anthropic [1], OpenAI [2] and Deepmind [3].
I am quite proud of this project and since I consider myself the target audience for HackerNews did I think that maybe some of you would appreciate this open research replication as well. Happy to answer any questions or face any feedback.

Author: ericciarla
Description: Hey HN! It’s Eric from Firecrawl (https://firecrawl.dev).
I just launched llms.txt Generator, a tool that transforms any website into a clean, structured text file optimized for feeding to LLMs. You can learn more about the standard at https://llmstxt.org.
Here’s how it works under the hood:
1. We use Firecrawl, our open-source scraper, to fetch the full site, handling JavaScript-heavy pages and complex structures. 2. The markdown content is parsed and then the title and description are extracted using GPT-4o-mini. 3. The everything is combined and the result is a lightweight llms.txt file that you can paste into any LLM.

Author: sahej1191
Description: Hi HN! I built Juno because I was frustrated with existing time trackers being too complex and bloated. I wanted something that would help people understand their time the same way a fitness tracker helps understand physical activity.
What makes Juno different:
- Focuses on awareness rather than micromanagement
- Simple one-tap tracking interface
- Shows patterns and insights without being judgmental
I'd love feedback particularly on:
- The onboarding experience
- The visualization of time data
- Any friction points you encounter
This is my first major app release after years doing backend dev work. Looking forward to your thoughts!

18. Show HN: Mode – Your Personal AI Code Copilot for VS Code
URL: #
Author: LunarFrost88
Description: Hi HN,
I’m excited to introduce Mode, now in early access! Mode is a Visual Studio Code extension I’ve been working on, acting as your personal AI code copilot. It’s a reliable backup to coding tools like Cursor, especially when you run out of free tokens.
Try it out here: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=aruna-la...
Why Use Mode:
Bypass Token Limitations: If you find yourself copy-pasting code into ChatGPT or Claude after running out of free tokens, Mode is for you. Mode lets you to use your own API keys and subscriptions, giving you uninterrupted, seamless AI-driven coding assistance.
Chat and Merge Features: Mode currently focuses on chat-based assistance with a Cursor-like merge feature. Autocomplete is coming soon!
Direct Model Upgrades: With Mode, you can directly upgrade to the latest LLMs (e.g., o1-preview) without any additional costs often associated with other tools.
No Backend Overhead: Mode is essentially a smart client, and doesn’t have its own backend. It connects directly to providers like OpenAI, meaning you keep full control over your API keys, data, and preferences.
Why I Built Mode:
I love AI coding tools like Cursor, but token caps, throttling, and downtime make serious coding frustrating and/or expensive.
Try Mode:
Mode is in early access, and your feedback would be super helpful in shaping its next steps. I’m prioritizing building features that matter most to y’all. I’d love for you to give Mode a try. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and suggestions!

21. Show HN: Trellis (YC W24) Turns your Documents into a Database
Author: jackylin
Description: Hi HN! We're Jacky and Mac, and we're building Trellis (https://runtrellis.com). Trellis is the fastest and most accurate way to automate your document workflows. You upload your documents, define the information you're looking for in natural language, and get your results back in an Airtable-like interface.
Today, Fortune 1000 real estate and pharmaceutical companies are using Trellis to automate underwriting of Master Lease Agreements, identify missed revenue payments from contracts, and extract patient information from clinical trial lab reports.
In many industries like real estate, life sciences, and even the FP&A teams at your favorite companies, critical workflows involve emailing documents back and forth while analysts extract information into Excel spreadsheets or their CRMs.
Trellis provides references for the extracted results, allows you to run validation on your results (e.g., does the patient name in the document exist in your DB), and with a single API call, you can sync your data in Trellis to your system of record (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.)

Every one can view profiles but the Profiles position is always randomized, so everyone can have chance to be exposed and rise the chance of Finding someone to collaborate with. Partner hunt is completely for free and everyone can create their own Profile. There is only daily Contact Request limit to prevent spamming. 23. Show HN: VS Code extensions that display CGM blood glucose levels in status bar
URL: #
Author: borkod
Description: As a Type 1 diabetic, I need to continuously monitor my blood glucose levels.
I’ve implemented a couple of Visual Studio Code extensions that retrieve the latest blood glucose readings from your CGM and display them in your VS Code status bar.
One VS code extension uses the Nightscout CGM to retrieve the blood glucose readings. It requires users to run the Nightscout application on a hosted server. A nice benefit of Nightscout application is that it works with all the major CGM devices. However, a slight drawback of this option is that it requires a hosted third party software (Nightscout) for proper functionality.
I’ve also implemented a Visual Studio code extension for those (like myself) that use the Freestyle Libre CGM. This version connects directly to LibreLinkUp to retrieve the latest blood glucose readings and display them in your VS code status bar. This removes the dependency for the intermediary Nightscout application.
If you are or know any software engineers living with diabetes, these tools might be helpful with diabetes management.
These are tools I built for myself that help me manage my diabetes. They are completely free and open source. I am not selling anything. Users of the tools can use them without any restrictions or connection to me. I am genuinely trying to help others in the community that are software engineers and might find this helpful.
If you try out any of these extensions, I’d love to hear back from you. Any feedback on improvements are very welcome and appreciated.

25. Show HN: I made an affordable SEO tool for Startup Founders
URL: https://ranqio.com
Author: lisboua
Description: I launched my second product last month (October).
Ranqio was born to be an easy and affordable SEO tool for startup solofounders like me.
Here is the background:
I'm not an SEO expert, and I don't have +$100 to use a robust tool like SEMRush or Ahrefs, which, BTW, are incredible tools.
Following online communities, I saw a lot of new entrepreneurs struggling to generate leads.
Another point is the rising of the ads cost and the decrease in outbound conversion.
That's why I chose this market—to address my own needs, and I think there is still space for a small solutions (yes, I'm seeing a lot of SEO tools).
I built this entire product using ChatGPT in the last 2-3 months (working 1 hour/day after my job).
Regarding the go-to-market strategy, I decided to start globally.
Some people that I spoke asked me if it's not better to build an audience in Brazil (I'm Brazilian) first and expand later. It's an excellent question.
My takeaways about this:
As someone with a full-time job and a few free hours/week, my strategy is to build an audience in English to expand my available market. Of course, by doing this, I'll increase my competition as well.
But, I aim to build solo a MicroSaaS portfolio in the next few years.
I'll be patient and create high-quality content about entrepreneurship to, in the long run, generate organic leads for my entire portfolio.
I can have a very small conversion in a competitive global market, no problem for me.
I don't need to be the best SEO tool in the market. I want to build an excellent product that my audience will love.
With a very small structure and a portfolio of solutions, I can afford to have a small conversion rate and still have good revenue on my own.
What do you think about that? I'd love to hear your thoughts about this GTM approach and about my solution too.
I hope with your feedback guys I can improve my product.

28. Show HN: Video editor app that generates FFmpeg commands
URL: https://newbeelearn.com/tools/videoeditor/
Author: pdyc
Description: Hello Friends, I have built a new video editor app that generates ffmpeg commands to get the edited video. This gives you flexibility to use it in scripts etc. for your video editing workflows and makes editing tasks smooth by letting you visually adjust video elements that are difficult to adjust in commandline.
Demo is here
- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSvazNBEfTc
Link is here
- https://newbeelearn.com/tools/videoeditor/
Features are
- video, image, text editing
- adjustable timeline and layers
- adjust position, size , alignment, font size color, borders etc.
- quick info of image, video files
- preview player to get the idea of edited video with play, pause, seek.
Limitations are
- Audio files(mp3) are currently not supported though audio inside mp4 will work
- player is not frame accurate it just gives u close enough approximation.
- file paths are not supported due to browser's security limitations.
- I have only tested happy path so there would be many bugs but it should work for simple tasks
Others
- Completely free
- No registration/login etc.
- Works online does not requires any installation
- Works offline after first load
- Works locally does not requires server
Background is i generally have one off video tasks and i don't mind using ffmpeg for it but recently i had to create a bunch of product videos and it was difficult to get text etc. right on commandline, i tried kdenlive and openshot as well but couldn't figure out how to something simple like adding a logo and text to it(i guess i am dumb) so i created this new app to suit my workflow

30. Show HN: Wallpaper Group Visualizer – Explore Symmetry and Patterns
URL: https://nwatab.github.io/wallpaper/
Author: nwatab
Description: Hi HN!
I’m excited to share Wallpaper Group Visualizer, a tool I built to help people explore and enjoy the fascinating world of wallpaper groups.
Wallpaper groups describe the symmetries found in repeating patterns, like those in tiles, textiles, and wallpapers. They're rooted in math, but they're also incredibly artistic! This tool lets you interactively explore these patterns and understand how their symmetry works.
Features:
- Choose your base unit: Start with simple shapes like circles, squares, or triangles.
- Apply symmetry rules: Experiment with different wallpaper group types to see how patterns evolve.
I made this tool because I wanted a fun and intuitive way to visualize and learn about wallpaper groups. Whether you’re a designer, artist, math enthusiast, or just someone who loves beautiful patterns, I hope you’ll find it useful and enjoyable!
Check it out here: https://nwatab.github.io/wallpaper

32. Show HN: An AI that reliably builds full-stack apps by preventing LLM mistakes
URL: https://lovable.dev
Author: antonoo
Description: Hey HN! Previous CERN physicist turned hacker here.
We've developed a way to make AI coding actually work by systematically identifying and fixing places where LLMs typically fail in full-stack development. Today we're launching as Lovable (previously gptengineer.app) since it's such a big change.
The problem? AI writing code typically make small mistakes and then get stuck. Those who tried know the frustration. We fixed most of this by mapping out where LLMs fail in full-stack dev and engineering around those pitfalls with prompt chains.
Thanks to this, in all comparisons I found with: v0, replit, bolt etc we are actually winning, often by a wide margin.
What we have been working on since my last post (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=41380814):
> Handling larger codebases. We actually found that using small LLMs works much better than traditional RAG for this.
> Infra work to enable instant preview (it spins up dev environments quickly thanks to microVMs and idle pools of machines)
> A native integration with Supabase. This enables users to build full-stack apps (complete with auth, db, storage, edge functions) without leaving our editor.
Interesting project as an example:
https://likeable.lovable.app – a clone of our product, built with our AI. Looks like a perfect copy and works (click "edit with lovable" to get to a recursive editor...)
Going forward, we're shipping improvements weekly, focusing on making it faster, even more reliable and adding visual editing experience similar to figma.
If you want to try it has a completely free tier for now at lovable.dev
Would love your thoughts on where this could go and what you'd want to build with it. And what it means for the future of software engineering...

34. Show HN: C, C++, and Java formatter based on Clang for Node.js
URL: https://github.com/lumirlumir/npm-clang-format-node
Author: beenzinozino
Description: Hello,
I’m excited to share the release of a new C, C++, and Java formatter based on Clang for the Node.js environment. This project is a fresh take inspired by Angular’s deprecated clang-format
package.
I previously introduced this project a month or two ago, but I’m sharing it again as it has become even more stable and new features have been added. Thanks to the interest and support from the community, and the adoption by legacy users, the package recently hit over 10,000 weekly downloads. I am deeply grateful for this support.
This package now has full test coverage and a PR is in progress to replace the old Angular clang-format
in the Node.js core with this updated package. While it’s thoroughly tested, there could still be edge cases I might have missed, so any feedback is welcome!
---
The package leverages Clang’s clang-format
, known for its widespread use in formatting C, C++, and Java code. Think of it as similar to Prettier, but specifically for languages like C, C++, and Java, which Prettier does not support.
This formatter is especially useful in the Node.js environment when you’re working on projects that mix JavaScript with C/C++ code, such as core Node.js development. The package eliminates the need to install additional dependencies for using clang-format
. While the previous clang-format
package was challenging to integrate into Node.js and npm workflows, this new package streamlines the process. You can easily set it up in CI by simply downloading it via npm and configuring your scripts, which makes it much easier to use in automated environments.
---
With the recent update to version 1.2.0, we’ve added several new features, notably the git-clang-format
package.
Let’s consider a scenario where you want to introduce code formatting for a C/C++ project. In smaller projects, you can reformat all the code at once without causing too much disruption. However, in larger projects, reformatting the entire codebase at once can make commit history harder to track.
Now, let’s imagine a developer modifies 100 lines within a 1,000-line codebase. Instead of reformatting the entire file, it would be better to check and format only the modified lines. This keeps the commit history clean and consistent. Additionally, as the project evolves, formatting becomes more uniform over time. git-clang-format
helps achieve this by allowing formatting to be applied only to modified lines, similar to how lint-staged
checks only staged files to optimize CI speed.
I’ve also wrapped git-clang-format
as a standalone package, leveraging LLVM’s native support for this feature. The detailed instructions are available in the official documentation, though currently only in English.
Thank you for reading, and please feel free to leave any questions or feedback!

35. Show HN: Built an AI bot to be my be personal trainer and nutritionist
URL: https://www.getdeltadriven.com/
Author: fabioelias
Description: I built an AI-powered fitness bot that sends personalized workout and nutrition tips straight to your Telegram. You can send photos of your meals for calorie/macros, or ask anything else about fitness or nutrition, it’s really simple. Plus, the bot checks in with you to keep you on track.
Honestly, I got tired of feeding GPT-4 the context of my profile every time I wanted some simple nutrition answers. I’m also a total gym rat, always helping friends with fitness questions. So I made this both for myself and other people too.
If you need quick feedback on meals or a fitness mentor, give it a try. Would love to hear what you think! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated :)

38. Show HN: Publish your writing effortlessly from your inbox

Author: lylo
Description: I built Pagecord as a way for people to publish their writing online with the lowest barrier to entry possible: email.
I launched it earlier this year as a proof of concept that took a few days. I then made it paid-only, which was a bad move!
Since then I've added a bunch of features, open-sourced the code (https://github.com/lylo/pagecord) and today I've made it freemium once again.
My plan is to build a community around it as an open source, not-for-profit community-owned product that has build-in longevity. First though, I'll need to get more people using it!
Check it out at https://pagecord.com. I'd love to get some proper feedback on it (the video isn't great, I know – will fix that at some point!).
ps. I wrote a post in a bit more details if you're particularly curious!

42. Show HN: Assindo – [Android] AI Assistant to handle your phone calls
URL: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.asindo.beta.prod&hl=en_US
Author: assindo
Description: Hi HN,
I created Assindo, an AI virtual assistant in MVP stage to automate phone calls for busy professionals and parents. Balancing work with personal responsibilities left me losing time to missed calls, hold times, and scheduling tasks. Hiring a human virtual assistant was costly, so I built Assindo to automate and manage these phone-based tasks, freeing up my focus while ensuring no important call or task slips through the cracks.
### How It Works
- Outgoing Calls: Assindo can schedule appointments, handle customer service calls, and make reservations, navigating IVR menus and managing hold times.
- Incoming Calls: It transcribes messages, summarizes key info, and sets up follow-up tasks – so no critical call is missed.
### Next Steps
I applied to YC 2025 (fingers crossed!) and am looking for early adopters to try Assindo and share feedback, as well as suggestions on new features to improve the experience.
### What is new ?
We have shared that we have launched a web version 2 weeks ago. Today, we are thrilled to share we have released the Android app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.asindo.beta.... Note: currently available only for the US and Canada.
visit assindo.com for more info. Thanks, and I’d love any feedback!

43. Show HN: Hook – Webhook Notification Tool
URL: https://apps.apple.com/pl/app/hook-webhook-notifications/id6738022259
Author: jkalamarz
Description: As an indie developer, I’ve just launched my third iOS app – this time, something I built primarily for myself. It’s a simple tool for receiving webhook notifications directly on your phone.
The app generates a unique webhook URL, and anytime it’s called, you get a push notification with the payload. It’s great for tracking API events, debugging, or just keeping an eye on your projects in real time.
Features:
Push notifications with full payload details. Event history for reviewing past webhook calls. Hosted backend, so there’s nothing to maintain. It’s lightweight and meant to solve a small but practical problem I’ve faced in my own projects. I’d love to hear your feedback—what works, what doesn’t, and what could be better.
Looking forward to your thoughts!

URL: https://github.com/timescale/pgspot
Author: svenklemm
Description: Hi HN!
My name is Sven, I am an engineer at Timescale and this is my fun side project. The main purpose of pgspot is to check postgres extension sql scripts for vulnerabilities but it can also be used to check functions outside of extension context e.g. security definer functions.
I've started working on this after finding vulnerabilities in timescaledb to ensure similar vulnerabilities don't reappear.
While working on this i found vulnerabilities in over 30 extensions and some of the findings even lead to postgres upstream changes to reduce attack surface of extension scripts ( https://www.postgresql.org/support/security/CVE-2022-2625/ ).
pgspot is implemented in python and uses libpg_query to parse sql and analyzes the AST to find vulnerable patterns.

49. Show HN: Modeling parallel (and hierarchical) agents with Burr
Author: krawczstef
Description: Hi all, just showing a new construct in Burr (for more info on Burr see - https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=39917364) for modeling agent / agentic parallelism. We think a "graph" mental model lends itself well to thinking about parallelism (& hierarchy) -- would love your thoughts.
Video walkthrough of notebook - https://youtu.be/G7lw63IBSmY
Why did we build this feature? The future is only going to get more complex with LLMs & agents, and having the right constructs with integrated observability will help us get there. We naturally saw people doing this and thought we could help simplify it more.
Key Features of Burr's constructs:
* you can map over dynamic values in state (e.g. run an agent in parallel over many URLs)
* you can map over dynamic actions/or sub-graphs (e.g. running different agents in parallel)
* you can do the cartesian product between the two (e.g. run over prompts and actions/agents and do it in a loop to modify them...)
More details here - https://burr.dagworks.io/concepts/parallelism/.
Things not mentioned but useful in this parallel context, Burr comes with pluggable durability/persistence/memory (see https://burr.dagworks.io/concepts/state-persistence/).
We'd love to get any early feedback from the HN community, ideas for where you'd like the framework to go, or UI/UX experiences in this space. We will be in the comments for the next few hours to respond! Or leave an issue or discussion here - https://github.com/dagworks-inc/burr. Thanks!

50. Show HN: CSV-AI – Generate a Presentation from a CSV File in One Click
Author: razasekha
Description: Hi HN, I've been working hard on a project I'd like to share. Its an extremely easy to use tool that generates insights from your dataset and makes a PDF/powerpoint presentation.
No prompts or any user input is required at all, you can do all the analysis in one click.
The main target audiences are data scientists (like myself) who want to quickly have a look at a dataset and non-technical people with datasets who want to understand them and get insights.
Its still under development, so it may have some bugs and I am planning to add a lot more features. But I'd love to get some early feedback.
Its free to use for files up to 5MB, so if you have a CSV file to hand give it a try!

52. Show HN: Superflex – Turn designs to code that matches your project (v0+Cursor)
URL: https://github.com/aquila-lab/superflex-vscode
Author: yegemberdin
Description: Hello HackerNews community!
We’ve been working on Superflex for several months now. We built this because front-end code is tedious + we wasted a lot of time writing frontend manually at our previous startup.
It supports all major frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular) + Typescript & integrates with Figma to get all of the related properties from Figma’s API. Then it writes code that matches your coding style, design system and reuses your UI components.
How it’s different from Cursor: We’re focusing purely on the the frontend and take inputs from Figma, which allows us to make better UI generations.
How it’s different from v0/Replit: Tools like v0 are great for prototyping, but they do not work if you have an existing codebase and if you’re not using ShadCN.
We are currently looking for contributors to help us improve the UX (fast apply, tab etc), so if you would like to work on a dev tool, feel free to contribute! Note that only the VSCode extension code is open-sourced now, we will be open-sourcing the backend soon, we are still cleaning up the repository to not expose any security vulnerabilities.

53. Show HN: Stack Error – Simple and informative errors for Rust
URL: https://github.com/gmcgoldr/stackerror
Author: garrinm
Description: Stack Error is a pragmatic error handling library for Rust that provides helpful messages for debugging, and structured data for runtime error handling.
Features:
* Informative error messages: stack error messages and optionally add file/line context to your messages. This helps convey not just what went wrong, but also how it went wrong, making debugging faster.
- Programmatic error handling: include optional error codes and URIs for robust runtime handling.
- Library-Friendly: define custom error types easily while staying compatible with Rust’s error ecosystem.
If designing good error structures for your projects slows you down, and you need something more library-friendly and structured than anyhow, Stack Error might be what you’re looking for.

URL: https://tranquiltech.io/lume
Author: mazenkurdi
Description: Hey HN,
I'm excited to introduce Lume to you today! As the developer behind this wellness companion, I created Lume to help people get ahead of their stress and anxiety by alerting them before they even feel it.
Lume isn't just another wellness tracker. It’s built with proactive insights, using patterns in your data to help you understand and manage stress and anxiety in real-time. My own experience inspired this approach – I noticed how shifts in my resting heart rate often correlated with rising stress, and I wanted a way to address it sooner. Lume gives users that early nudge, along with personalized tips to help keep stress in check before it overwhelms.
One thing I’m particularly proud of is how Lume caters to a balanced lifestyle. It’s more than just tracking – Lume’s insights span across daily pillars like sleep, exercise, and mindfulness, making it a well-rounded companion for your mental well-being.
If Lume resonates with you, I’d love your support! Thank you for being a part of this journey toward a calmer, more balanced life:

In contrast to https://github.com/dolthub/maphash it can use any hash function (as long as it implements hash.Hash64) and it does not depend on any internal detail of the runtime. It works by inspecting the type and creating the hasher to be used later. One of the types defined lets you also hash non-comparable types (ignoring the non-comparable part).
